National Youth Leadership Council (NYLC) Application Form About the NYLC The National Youth Leadership Council is a group of Ships2Shores participants (ages 12–30) who are willing to take on leadership roles, support their peers, and help shape the future of the project. NYLC members provide input, guidance, and hands-on support for activities, events, community impact projects, and assist fellow youth in developing their own initiatives.
